Your inspection should take between 2-4 hours depending on the size and condition. When you call to book your inspection, it is helpful to have the square footage of finished area, age of the home, and whether or not it has a basement or crawlspace. Any information on disclosed defeciencies is also helpful.
I encourage you to be present at the inspection so you can learn as much as you can about your home.

Service, Amperage, Voltage, Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter, Emergency Switches, Wiring, Receptacles, Smoke Detectors, Doorbell, Garage Door Opener, Grounding, Lighting, Drip Loop and more.

Heating System:
